Commercial HVAC Maintenance and Repairs

Commercial HVAC maintenance that keeps your heating, cooling and ventilation systems compliant, efficient and running.

Nationwide coverage – Directly employed engineers – Full statutory accreditation

Your Maintenance Agreement Explained

Every Protech maintenance agreement is built around your assets, your compliance obligations and your operational hours. Here is what comes as standard.

Planned Preventative Maintenance Visits

Scheduled PPM visits aligned to SFG20 task lists and manufacturer specifications. Inspection, testing, cleaning and adjustment for every asset on your register, every visit.

Reactive Callout and Repair

Maintenance contracts come with 24/7 callout cover and a priority response time written into the SLA. When something fails, our engineers diagnose the fault, carry out the repair and bring your systems back online, often on the first visit.

Asset Register and Condition Data

We build and maintain a live asset register for your site. Every item tagged, condition-scored and tracked over time, so replacements can be planned rather than reacted to.

Statutory and Compliance Checks

Gas safety inspections, F-Gas leak checks, LEV testing, pressure system examinations and electrical compliance. Each delivered by an accredited engineer at the legal frequency for that asset class, with certificates issued on completion.

Digital Reporting

A detailed service report after every visit, with photographs, findings and recommendations. Stored against each asset and integrated with your CAFM or helpdesk system.

Performance and Efficiency Checks

Combustion analysis, refrigerant charge checks, airflow measurement and controls review on every visit. Efficiency losses identified and corrected before they show up on the energy bill.

Quarterly and Annual Reviews

Quarterly and annual reviews with your facilities team. Compliance status, asset condition trends, budget forecast and an honest read on what to fix, defer or replace next.

How we onboard your site

A dedicated account manager owns your onboarding from first call through to first scheduled visit. Most sites are surveyed, costed and live on a maintenance plan as quick as possible.

Compliance and Safety

Every commercial building has legal obligations around the maintenance of its HVAC systems. Gas appliances need annual safety checks. F-Gas equipment needs regular leak testing. Pressure systems must be examined by a competent person. LEV systems need thorough examination and testing on defined intervals.

Protech holds all of the accreditations required to carry out this work directly. Our engineers carry their certification cards at all times and can produce them on request.

All statutory certificates are issued promptly after each inspection and stored digitally for easy retrieval during audit, insurance review or due diligence.
